These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Accident Support Line service operated by Everyday Car Repair Network Pty Ltd ABN 88 634 541 638 (we, us, our). By contacting us or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Accident Support Line provides vehicle accident claims assistance services including:

We are not an insurance provider. We do not provide insurance advice. We are not associated with any insurance company.

#3. Eligibility

Our full accident management service is available to vehicle owners who have been involved in a motor vehicle accident in Australia and who authorise us in writing to act on their behalf. Each case is assessed based on its individual circumstances.

#4. Your authority

To use our full accident management service, you must sign an authority document allowing us to act on your behalf. This authorisation enables us to communicate with relevant parties, arrange repairs, and recover costs from the at-fault insurer. You may withdraw your authority at any time by notifying us in writing, provided no costs have been incurred by us or our service providers.

#5. Costs to you

Our accident assistance service is provided at no direct cost to eligible not-at-fault claimants. We recover our fees from the at-fault parties. If any charges may apply, we will inform you before proceeding.

#6. Repairs and hire car

We arrange repairs through our approved repairer network and hire vehicles through our approved supplier network. Repair timeframes are not guaranteed, as they depend on parts availability and repairer capacity. Hire car services are subject to liability assessment and are only available to confirmed not-at-fault claimants.

#7. Recovery

We manage the recovery of repair and hire car costs from the at-fault party’s insurer on your behalf. However, full recovery cannot be guaranteed in all cases. If the insurer disputes or reduces the claim amount, we will inform you of your available options.

#8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with our services is limited to the re-performance of those services. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of our services.

#9. Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at accidentsupportline.com.au/privacy-policy, and comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

#10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

#11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
